Das HAWE Fahrwerk beinhaltet 2 Lufttanks. Ein Tank dient der 2-Kreis Fahrwerksmechanik und der andere Drucklufttank ist für die Bremse gedacht. So kann bei einem evtl. Bremsendefekt und/oder einem Druckluftverlust immer noch das Fahrwerk ausgefahren werden, da zwei getrennte Druckluftsysteme vorhanden sind.
Nun hieß es diese beiden Tanks in dem Rumpf unter zu bringen, was bei diesem großen Platzangebot wohl kein Problem sein dürfte. 
Aufgrund des schon erwähnten Platzangebotes habe ich mich entschieden im vorderen Rumpfbereich, direkt hinter dem Fahrwerksspant, angrenzend am Canard Spant (2), den Rumpf in 2 Ebenen aufzuteilen.
Die Tanks gehen in den "Keller" und die Ventile (Es sind elektronische Pneumatikventile der Firma Jet-Troniks 1 x 1-Kreisventil für die Bremse und 1x 2-Kreisventil für die Fahrwerksmechanik vorgesehen, doch dazu später mehr...), der Empfänger und andrere Anschlüsse in die 1. Etage, damit es später ein wenig aufgeräumt aussieht.
4mm Pappelsperrholz, 3 Kiefernleisen, 3 kurze Kieferrundstäbe und einige übrig gebliebene Gummis später sah die Aufnahmenkonstruktion der Lufttanks dann so aus:
Deckel drauf -für die obere Ebene (1.Etage)- und ab in den Rumpf damit - fertig !!
